There are countless styles and types of homes, but an all-time favorite here at Suzanne & Company is a "Modern Farmhouse". From the exposed beams to the industrial lighting, we love it all! Our team owner, Suzanne, actually lives in an original Farmhouse that was built in 1760. She has always been drawn to the character, charm, and design those homes hold.
When Suzanne works with a builder, she always tries to interest them in this type of home because she knows it's what buyers are looking for these days.
