Meet Lisa! Professional Organizer & Move Manager

We would all like to invite our next “Maker,” Lisa Linard, into our homes! A former corporate marketing professional with an eye for design, Lisa started her professional organizing and move management business in 2019. She immediately realized that she was built to help people who feel overwhelmed by their “stuff” or making a major life change, such as a move.

Check out her interview with Suzanne and read more about Lisa’s suite of services below.

As professional organizing has become a frequently sought-after service, Lisa sets herself apart by getting in there with her clients and tackling the work together. The best part? She has a unique ability to make it fun and easy – and fast! While her client is taking care of one task, she’s getting started on another. As she tells Suzanne in their interview, her biggest surprises have been how dirty she gets and how full her car can become with items for donation!

As real estate professionals, we fully understand how complex and stressful the process of moving can be. Whether you’re moving out of your current house, into a new house, or both, Lisa takes on the burdens that accompany this major life change. With a goal of minimizing the disruption to your life, a move manager serves as both your project manager and your personal concierge, creating and executing the plan and communicating with you and your vendors throughout all steps of the process.

Based in Reading, MA, Lisa works with clients within about a 45-minute radius of Boston, including southern New Hampshire.

Getting your house ready to sell can feel daunting. With professionals like Lisa out there to help with some of the biggest tasks, you can shift your focus to other priorities. Our clients also have access to the Compass Concierge program to tackle bigger projects without incurring up-front costs. Taking these steps will position your property for a faster and more competitive sale, all while taking pressure off of you as the seller.
