Since stepping into this role, Lauren has completely transformed the team’s staging department into a dynamic and thoughtfully curated operation. She manages the staging warehouse filled with carefully selected inventory and has developed a suite of strategic staging services designed to support sellers at every stage of the listing process. Her work ensures that every Suzanne & Company listing is presented with intention, sophistication, and a strong sense of place.

Lauren’s passion for design began long before her career in real estate. She has always been drawn to visual storytelling through spaces, from HGTV inspired transformations to creative DIY projects and reimagining how homes can feel and function. Today, that same passion fuels her approach to staging, where each home presents a new design challenge and opportunity.

Living and working in New England, Lauren especially enjoys the challenge of staging homes in a way that honors their architectural integrity. From historic colonials and antique farmhouses to contemporary builds, she believes the most successful staging enhances the character of the home rather than competing with it.

Outside of work, Lauren’s love for homes continues in her own life. She and her husband own a historic New England property that they are continuously updating and personalizing together. The process of thoughtfully restoring and modernizing an older home mirrors the same design philosophy she brings to her staging work every day.
