Meet Kristen & Delia! Owners of Bliss Confection Co.
It’s only fitting that we interviewed a woman-owned business during Women’s History Month…and wow, did we stumble on a spectacular new place in Burlington, MA!! Owners Kristen Leonard and Delia Mooney opened Bliss Confection Co. in November of last year, but their story goes back much farther.
The pair met as pastry chefs at Moo in Boston, but went in different directions during the pandemic. After their personal side hustles of making tasty treats for friends & family started to get a bit bigger than they could manage, Kristen realized the time was now to make their dream of opening a bakery together a reality. They run their business primarily on custom orders and some wholesale partnerships, but usually have grab-and-go items available for walk-in guests on Fridays and Saturdays.
