The only working farm with animals & a farm stand in Bedford, Chip-In Farm has been a fixture in town since 1944. Third-generation owners Sandy & Neil are currently running the business, continuing to grow the offerings. The children’s programs have become a staple of the farm, with a wide variety of classes and opportunities for the youngest members of the community to have a hands-on experience. In times of uncertainty, such as the recent pandemic, small businesses often have to make shifts to continue to serve their customers; Chip-In Farm successfully pivoted from their standard operations to offer curb-side pickup, which is still an available option.
