“We are from out of state and we met Beth at an open house. We liked her immediately - she was so helpful in giving us information and recommendations on how to get started on our house-hunting process even though we were only at an exploratory stage at the time. We had flown in from across the country to visit for a week just to get a feel of the neighbourhoods that may work for us. Within a few days, we knew we wanted to work with Beth to help us find our new home. She is down-to-earth, and always gave us the straight goods, listening carefully to what we had in mind and "got" us - we didn't even need to sign a agent-homebuyer contract because we completely trusted Beth. In contrast, we had gone to other open-houses and we were put off by some of the other agents' hard selling, self-promoting manner. We had a productive week because Beth worked hard to get us into showings we were interested in, answering our questions or getting the answers about potential properties that we liked. We are not the only clients Beth has but she sure makes us feel like we are - Beth is always responsive to our messages and anticipates what information we may need without our asking. Beth had also thought ahead of how she could assist after we flew back to the west coast, and eased our anxieties about house hunting from afar. We were able to have several virtual showings and because Beth understood us and our priorities, she zoomed in on salient details that enabled us to make informed decisions. Beth worked tirelessly for us and without her hard work, planning, experience and advice, we would not have had the successful bid for the property we are now calling home. Beth had an out-of-town personal engagement the weekend there was a open house for the property, but she had already lined up a colleague to step in if necessary to support us. That didn't come to pass because she had already discussed with us our offer strategy and pre-prepared the paperwork so that after we confirmed our interest at the showing, we were able to submit our bid even before the open-house was over! We are forever grateful to Beth for helping us find our new home and being one of the many people to make us feel so welcomed in our new community."
