Born in Concord and raised in Bedford, Suzanne is a lifelong resident of the area. Inspired by her realtor grandfather, she began showing an interest in real estate at a very young age. Instead of playing house or teacher, she collected one of her father’s discarded briefcases as well as an obsolete "pink rotary telephone" from the 1970’s and would pretend to operate her own real estate business! The dog days of summer were largely consumed with riding her bicycle to nearby open houses and pouring over the local real estate ad books that she would collect during the family’s summer outings.
Her grandfather, Augie Schmuhl, founded and owned a real estate brokerage in NJ decades earlier, but sold it when Suzanne was just a child. So, while Suzanne did not truly grow up "in the business" per se, real estate definitely seems to be coded into her DNA and she is very is proud to be following in the footsteps of her late grandfather.
While attending UMass Amherst and finishing up her degree in management, Suzanne obtained her real estate license. In doing so, she revived that same spark that had inspired her grandfather decades earlier. Suzanne began working with buyers and sellers while she was still a student, and upon graduating landed her first sales job with the internet startup Zip Realty. Suzanne spent two years with Zip Realty, earning the Rookie of the Year award from the local real estate board and was professionally recognized as a top agent at the company. Always having an eye for opportunity, Suzanne left Zip Realty to join Keller Williams, an expanding company that encouraged business building and ownership. Of course, this greatly appealed to Suzanne’s entrepreneurial spirit. She has spent the last 16 years with KW building one of the most successful and sought-after real estate teams in the Great Boston/Cambridge area - focusing on the northwest suburbs.
In addition to that Rookie of the Year award, Suzanne has gone on to be the 2014 Bedford Business Person of the Year! She is also sitting high in the rankings as one of the Top 1% of agents in MA. As a listing agent, she is #1 in Bedford and has been since 2013. She has built a team of highly successful Buyer Agents, who are also claiming the top spots.
More importantly to her and her team, Suzanne is a well-known advocate of the community, frequently supporting the local schools and charities, and sponsoring numerous community building events. She is also a notorious networker, constantly connecting people and resources and frequently initializing local social media groups aimed at bringing together people in the community who might not otherwise have connected. So much in life is about connecting the dots and that is one of Suzanne's passions!
She is, of course, also deeply involved in the real estate industry, serving on both state (MAR) and local (Greater Boston) real estate boards and this year is also on the Political Action Committee for Greater Boston. Furthermore, she was invited to be a part of Provisors, which is an exclusive networking group, thus furthering her connections!
She lives in Bedford, MA with her husband and 2 children, June and Wes, plus their beloved German Shorthaired Pointer, Josie Mittens. They currently own an old farmhouse with a couple of even older looking barns that they are slowly and lovingly working towards restoring. Suzanne and Ryan have been investing in real estate since they left UMass. These include a few bank owned investments, a "flip" house in Littleton, and of course the 1848 Greek Revival located at 90 Great Road in Bedford, which has been a labor of love for over 15 years and now prominently serves as the headquarters for Team Suzanne and Co.
Suzanne and Ryan enjoy renovating houses, traveling (Montana is a new favorite), hiking and boating. They enjoy spending their downtime on Cape Cod with family and friends at their small but charming cottage. Suzanne has recently started riding horses in an effort to keep up with their daughter June, who is, how do you say ... horse crazy!

Becky is a hometown girl and Bedford ambassador, growing up in Bedford alongside Suzanne. Becky has strong connections to Bedford from spending countless hours scooping ice cream at her family’s business, Bedford Farms.
Becky brings an extensive retail, training and development background to the table from over ten years of management experience with Aveda Corporation. She was also a Gallery Leader at Restoration Hardware and a trainer for The Container Store. During these years, she received invaluable experience in how to manage and coach teams, create new partnerships and inspire success. Becky was particularly passionate about leadership and coaching, which she now shares with the team at Suzanne & Company, holding each person accountable and creating the structures to support expansion and success.
As Suzanne's integrator in the office, Becky ensures that Suzanne & Company is operating at the highest level of customer service and that everything is running smoothly, while also playing a large role in developing marketing strategies. She also gets to utilize her passion for design by heading up the Staging and Design division of the company. She is the go-to color expert! The team looks to Becky as a key leader in driving the business, while always having the Core Values and the team at the forefront.
Becky successfully completed a double major in psychology and sociology at Merrimack College. When she's not at the office, she's spending quality time with her three children, Molly, Joey and Abby. She has a passion for cooking and entertaining. Becky and her children love to take annual trips to Bailey Island, off the coast of Maine.

Maureen is a lifelong resident of Bedford. Her mother was a real estate agent in Bedford for many years, so she grew up around the real estate industry and developed a keen interest along the way.
Maureen joined Suzanne & Company in 2009 as the Transaction Coordinator and received her real estate license in 2010 to be able to assist our listing clients as much as possible.
She is a well-respected leader on the team. She is the enforcer of facts and the one everyone goes to when they need the fine details sorted out. Maureen has awesome client service and puts many of our stressed clients at ease with her "on top of it all" way. She can also befriend any dog she finds.
She has a BS in accounting from Boston College and worked for Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting for over ten years, honing her client service skills along the way.
Maureen is married with 3 children (two sons and a daughter) and 2 labs. Hers is a sports crazy family and they are happiest when on a field or a court. Her sons are now in college, so she and her husband are now starting to experience at least a partially empty nest.

Stephanie Fairchild (Steph) joined our team as the Listings Manager in August of 2018. Steph grew up in Western MA, and then moved to Colorado to attend college at CU Boulder. After graduating from CU in 2001, she ran a small business, and then in 2003 obtained her CO real estate license and has been in the real estate industry ever since. Her roles included being a Realtor, Realtor assistant, Buyer's Agent, Transaction Manager & Office Manager so she brings 15 years of experience with her to our team.
Steph recently moved back to MA to be closer to her family, and she is looking forward to learning more about the area & the local market. As the Listings Manager, she coordinates all aspects of our listings as properties hit the market: photos, videos, floor plans, brochures, spec sheets, signs, MLS, etc. Her goal is to make this stressful time for sellers as smooth as possible.
Steph has a son in elementary school and they enjoy hiking, skiing, exploring and learning together.

Jessica knows the metro west area inside and out. She decided early in her real estate career to focus on assisting buyers in finding their perfect home. This allows her to use her natural skills of patience, listening, and negotiation daily. She leaves no stone unturned when searching for the perfect place for her clients to call home. Once the home of their dreams is located she does everything within her power to research and get the deal done.
Jessica began by focusing on bank-owned and short sale properties, a great way to dive right into the real estate market, and then joined Suzanne & Company in January 2011 as a buyer specialist. Her knowledge of the market area and dedication to her buyers is unmatched. She has successfully represented buyers in Bedford, Concord, Carlisle, Acton, Maynard, Stow, Westford, Sudbury and surrounding communities. Her goal is to make buying a home a smooth, stress-free transaction by staying on top of each and every detail so you never have to worry about anything falling between the cracks. On the team, she rounds out the leadership team alongside Suzanne, Becky and Maureen. As the Lead Buyer Agent, she is responsible for training and development for the Buyer Agent team. When Jessica is not working she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Jonathan, their three children, Eloise, Benjamin, and Audrey, along with their black lab Libby. She is an avid reader who loves to travel and cook.

Katrina’s love for real estate came to her after living in Boston and San Francisco. It amazed her how different one side of the country can be with culture, design, structures and prices. After she moved back from the west coast she received her real estate license but continued a career in finance. It took a few years to make that leap of faith and start doing what she loved, selling homes. Katrina was introduced to Suzanne and Company in 2018 and saw what a driven, passionate, caring and successful team they are and instantly wanted to be a part of it.
As the Listing Agent, her goal is to partner with a client and create a piece-of-mind in the home selling process. She wants to make selling years of memories and milestones as smooth as possible. Staying on top of market trends to make sure their home is priced right the first time.
Katrina currently lives in Burlington, where she was born and raised. After graduating from Plymouth State University with a degree in accounting and minor in economics, she made her career in Finance (for the last 14 years). Katrina has experience in all aspects of accounting, business analysis, budgeting, cash flow and forecasting. With her finance experience she also brings superior communication and team management skills. She is passionate about real estate but she’s also very passionate about her two little boys, who motivate her. When Katrina is not working, you can find her with her boys on a playground, in a pool or anywhere they can get dirty.

Thais likes to say she fell in love with real estate “from the inside out.” Born and raised by entrepreneur parents in São Paulo, Brazil, she watched her interior designer mom transform many houses into homes. After moving to the US in 2006, while in the process of purchasing her first home, she discovered real estate was the career she’d been looking for.
Thais joined Suzanne & Company as a Buyer Specialist in 2014. Her goal is to translate each client’s wishlist into reality, and she goes above and beyond to do so. A Bedford resident and New Englander at heart, she appreciates the cultural variety of this unique region and works tirelessly to make the process of looking for, finding and purchasing a home a pleasant and memorable one for her clients.
Thais has a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from FAAP in Brazil and worked for the worldwide agencies Grey Advertising and J Walter Thompson before moving to the US. Since then, she developed her love for customer service and interior design while managing brands like Anthropologie and West Elm. Real estate gathers all of her passions into one path.
Thais is happy to work and build relationships while raising her 1-toddler, 2-dog family in a place she loves.

Beth has always had a passion for homes and knew that real estate would be in her future. It was during her own home buying experience that she realized she truly wanted to be a Realtor. In 2014, she received her real estate license and began to research different brokerages looking for the right fit. In early 2015 she joined Keller Williams.
It was on her first day at Keller Williams that Beth met Suzanne and felt an instant connection. After volunteering to host open houses and attend home inspections for the Team, she knew that she wanted to become a permanent member of Suzanne & Company. One thing lead to another and Beth came on board as the Listing Coordinator in 2015 and then made the leap to the Buyer Side in 2016 as a full time Buyer Specialist.
As the listing coordinator, Beth managed the behind the scenes steps involved in making a listing "Go Live" on MLS. As a licensed Realtor, she was also available to attend home inspections, appraisals, and final walk throughs for the Team. She was able to learn a lot about the seller side of the business, this has given her much leverage as an agent.
Becoming a Buyer Specialist was always the end goal for Beth. As satisfying as it was to be a part of the seller side, the desire to help families find their dream homes was why she became a Realtor. While working with clients, Beth approaches the process a little differently with each set of buyers. A big believer that "one size does NOT fit all," Beth feels that tailoring the experience to suit the needs and personalities of the individual is what sets her apart. From First-Time home buyers that need to be guided through every step of the process with a little extra time, communication, and support to seasoned real estate investors that expect diligence, the highest level of professionalism, and someone that can facilitate a smooth transaction on their behalf; Beth enjoys it all and gets the job done.
Beth earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative and the Senior Real Estate Specialist designations from the National Association of Realtors. She also holds a BA in English from Nichols College. She has worked in operations at an investment firm and in client relations in the fitness industry.
When not at Suzanne & Company, Beth and her family take every opportunity to head to Vermont. While there the family loves hiking the trails with their yellow lab, Ozzy, shopping in Woodstock, and dining at the latest farm to table restaurants.

Darcy was a teacher for many years, her organization, attention to detail, and outgoing personality made her successful in the classroom and serves her clients well as Buyer Specialist and contributing member of Suzanne and Company. Darcy joined the team in 2019 and loves being part of a successful real estate team. A classroom teacher for many years, Darcy’s unique ability to listen, teach, and build relationships serves as an asset to her clients. As a natural born educator, Darcy understands how to listen to the needs of others and takes the time to walk her clients through the buying process step by step. With a master’s degree from Harvard University, Darcy’s ability to dig deep serves her practice and ensures that her clients have an educated perspective of the market in order for them to make wise and thoughtful decisions. The transition from the classroom to real estate was a natural one and Darcy enjoys seeing all the ways that these two fields are connected.
Darcy was a competitive rower through high school and college and knows how to focus on a goal, push through challenges, and succeed. She models this drive, discipline, and determination to help her clients achieve the most favorable outcome possible.

After watching her dad build homes in Waltham throughout her elementary and middle school years, Nicole always loved the idea of becoming a Realtor. She interned for a small family real estate company the summer before high school and then worked for a real estate attorney in college, which really propelled her onto her path of becoming a Realtor.
Once she graduated from Saint Anselm College, Nicole obtained her real estate license and later that week joined Keller Williams Realty.
She met Team Suzanne & Company at a Keller Williams event shortly after becoming an agent and since then Nicole has helped the team by hosting open houses and attending home inspections. She felt a connection to the buyer agents and after helping out part time for a few months she realized that Suzanne and Company was the perfect fit for her. Currently, she supports Jessica Clark in ensuring that the clients' needs are met at the highest level.
Nicole is a lifelong resident of Waltham and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and two miniature dachshunds, going to her cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee and plans on traveling frequently in her future.

Andrea enjoys being part of Team Suzanne & Company. As the Buyer Agent Transaction Coordinator, she is responsible for ensuring that transactions are processed smoothly. In this role, she helps facilitate documents between all parties involved in each real estate transaction. On top of her transaction duties, she also assists the Buyer Agents on a daily basis, coordinating the tools they need for success.
Andrea brings a marketing and communications background to the company. She is a graduate of Babson College and worked in media planning and marketing for various companies. She received her real estate license in 2016. This real estate knowledge combined with detail-oriented work experience has helped her keep transactions organized for the buyer agent team.
Andrea lives in Burlington, MA with her husband Michael and two sets of twin boys. She enjoys being actively involved in the elementary school's PTO and spending time watching her boys play sports. The family also enjoys skiing together most winter weekends.

Malorie graduated from Merrimack College in the spring of 2018 with a degree in marketing. Right away she joined Team Suzanne & Company as the Marketing Assistant. Malorie was eager to share her marketing experiences in digital marketing and social media with the team.
Her previous experience includes a marketing internship at a wedding venue and golf course. She also gained a little bit of real estate knowledge working at the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS.
Growing up, Malorie saw her dad flipping houses and completing new constructions. She understands the process and everything that goes into it. She also has a good eye for design and what is new in style. Staging homes is something she loves to help out with as well.
When she is not in the office, Malorie can be found hanging out with her family and dog Lacie. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and traveling to new places.
